Conditions générales d'ESPACHAT

1- Payment for the stay in full board is made by paying 50% of the amount as a deposit (allowing validation of the reservation) and the balance to be paid no later than the day of admission to full board;

2- It is agreed between the parties that in the event of cancellation of the contract, the deposit will not be returned;

3- Any extension of the animal's stay at ESPACHAT must be reported at least 24 hours before the originally scheduled end date. If necessary, the additional days, as well as a fee of €10 per day, will be charged.

4- Veterinary costs resulting from illness, injury or accident are not included in the boarding fee and are the sole responsibility of the animal's owner. ESPACHAT will use the veterinarian of its choice, which the animal's owner acknowledges and accepts;

5- Every animal entering the boarding facility must have its up-to-date vaccination record, in accordance with veterinary prescriptions, guaranteeing immunity against Coryza, Typhus, and Leukemia. The vaccination must have been carried out no later than 6 days before the day of arrival at the boarding facility ;

6- All necessary care (administration of medication) for the animal must be reported on the first day of care. The medication and the veterinarian's prescription must be made available to ESPACHAT. A daily surcharge per cat will be applied for any treatment or care required.

7- One meal per day will be served. Upon express request, a second meal will be served at an additional cost.

8- The owner remains free to choose the animal's food within the range of products held by ESPACHAT. Any specific food must be provided;

9- The day of arrival and departure is counted as a full day regardless of the time of arrival or departure;

10- Female cats in heat are not allowed .

11- Any drop-off or pick-up of your pet outside of normal opening hours must have our agreement and will be charged an additional €50.
